Samsung has implemented a security measure called ” Google Account ” which prevents the cell phone from being used if it is formatted or restored from the factory, as it is an anti-theft system that Samsung promises.
This has been a big problem for many people who have bought a used cell phone they have found that this asks for an account to be able to start the device, but neither is an account since it corresponds to the owner’s account of the cell phone ie the account which they linked before formatting or performing a Hard reset.
Format a mobile with a Google account
Worst of all, if the account does not correspond, we will not be able to unlock the cell phone or enter, so we will explain how to format or reset a cell phone with the linked/secured with Google account.
For this, it can be only done from the Recovery mode since it is the only way to unlock the device if it requests a Google account, for this you must follow the instructions that we will provide you below;
First turn off the cell phone and you have to turn it on with the key combination that is very important, for this press Volume Button Up or Down + Home + On, when turning on you must release the power button and then the rest.
When you enter you will see a menu that is in English where we will only need two options, go down to the one that says wipe data / factory reset using the volume buttons and to enter the power on. Once you press on this option you will ask us if we are sure to format, we must select Yes
Then when it is finished it will send us to the main menu, which you will have to press the first option that says Reboot system now
After this, the cell phone will restart and start installing the Android system again, make sure you have a battery in your mobile phone so you do not miss the procedure.
